We understand that from time to time the need to return and/or exchange an item may occur; the following policy is in place to provide consumers with that option, it also protect us against frivolous claims. No exchanges or returns will be accepted in violation of this policy or without a RMA code, which you should contact us to receive. We have no obligation to return any items shipped to us that do not conform with the terms of our return policy. Please call us for any return or exchange-related issues. Exchanges for defective items or items damaged in shipment: We will exchange at no cost to you any defective item during the warranty period or products damaged in shipping if and only if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. Voluntary Exchanges and Returns: Except for defective products or products damaged in shipment, all returned or exchanged items must be in "NEW" condition. New condition means never used, never installed, in-box condition, with the internal and external packaging of the brake pad. We will exchange an item that is NOT defective or damaged in shipment only if the item is in “NEW” condition. You will be responsible for all shipment costs, plus a $5 handling fee if we arrange for the shipping. If the item exchanged for has a higher price than the product being exchanged, you must also pay the difference in price before we ship the item. If you return an item that is neither defective nor damaged in shipment, the item must be in “NEW” condition. The purchase price of the item will be refunded, less a 25% restocking fee and $6 to cover shipping. We will not be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning the items back to us.

All items are shipped to the address provided by eBay.  We cannot ship to any other address.  

Free shipping service is included with your purchase to all 50 states and all US Protectorates. Items will be shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail FOB Southern California, and fright time generally take anywhere between 1 to 7 business days depending on your zip code. Next day shipping will be processed before 11:00 PM PST, all orders placed after 4:30 PM PST will be processed the next day.

We will be able to ship to APO via USPS.  All international orders will be shipped via eBays Global Shipping Program. Items shipped internationally will NOT be marked as sample or gift, taxes and duties are not included and responsible by the buyer.
WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE PAYPAL CONFIRMED VERIFIED ADDRESS.
Tracking numbers will be emailed immediately from Logistics Company or from our staff to your email on your PayPal.

We Do Not Allow Local Pick Up on any orders. Our internet sales are website exclusive. Separate from our store front.  All CA customers, and any other states that have an interstate sales tax will be charged at the designated rate.

We offer a 1 year limited parts warranty, on all KFE Hardware Kit.

Warranty is valid from the day of purchase and covers normal wear and tear up to 1 year on the product. All brake hardware kit installation must be installed by a licensed brake specialist mechanic. A receipt must be presented at the time of the warranty that shows the date of installation, mileage, the brake specialist and his or her license number. Warranty excludes product modification or alteration and damage cased by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation, track racing, negligence, lack of maintenance, off-road use, abnormal operations. All claims must show proof of purchase in order for the warranty to be valid. You must request an RMA number from us for warranty coverage. All return shipping fees from and to our warehouse shall be the responsibility of the customer, and no costs incurred by the customer through installation or any other costs will be covered under this warranty. Warranty will be granted in one of two following ways: exchange of the exact item or replacement of exact item on invoice. Warranties expire when you sell your vehicle.
