Black background with brightly colored flowers.  Measures a total of 40 inches from armpit to armpit, 41 total inches across the bottom, 26 inches from shoulder to hem, and the long sleeves are 17 inches from the underarm seam.  I don't see any loose or pulled threads.  Has shoulder pads.
