DISPATCH : We will ship your item with a registered, insured 48-72 hour courier service within two working days of receiving your order. All tracking numbers will be provided at the point at which we dispatch your item for your peace of mind and security. You will be notified automatically by email. Should there been any unexpected delays to your order being dispatched outside this specified timescale, we will contact you directly giving you the option to accept a longer dispatch time or offer a full refund including any carriage charges. RETURNS : Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please bear in mind that we can only approve refunds on items that are returned in re-saleable condition with all their outer packaging intact and perfect. It is important that you re-pack any return items securely as we cannot be held responsible for any damage to an item which occurs during return transit to us. Once your items are received by our warehouse we will confirm with you the safe arrival and apply any refund where applicable within 5 working days. The buyer is responsible for paying all return postage costs except in the case where evidence can be provided that the item was damaged or faulty upon receipt.
