Guided Breath Meditation

This particular Guided Meditation Cd is different to the others we sell in that it helps you concentrate on your breathing to take you into a meditative state

There is a gentle soothing female voice whose aim is to talk you into a state of meditation and then keep you there for the 30 minute session, whilst making you aware of your breath and how you breathe

As she speaks, gentle relaxation music plays in the background to aid you into the ultimate meditative state
