This is a red ice coloured lighter which I have engraved a Fallout:NV image of Caesar’s Legion’s banner onto. The lighter itself is made by 'Star' and can be filled with lighter fuel (not supplied). This is the premium line of Star lighters, very sturdy with a good weight to it.
