UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When this
happens, we issue a refund less shipping charges. Additionally, if the
package was refused, we will also assess a 15% restocking fee. We are
unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or
refused. If you still wish to receive your item(s), you will have to
place a new order.
