 Returns

  • For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the merchandise for a money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. We will not refund postage and shipping fees under any circumstances.

  • Items must be returned in the condition, which they were received, with all accessories included. Buyer pay return shipping. Deduction fee for on used or damaged returns may apply.

  • Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.

  • Please use the Return this Item or Contact Seller button on your Purchase History page to ask us any questions or request a return. 

Shipping

  • Items with "free shipping" are only shipped free to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Items are shipped 1-2 business days after PayPal® payment has cleared.

  • Your tracking number will update as soon as the order is shipped. To review the status of your shipment, please view your order and click on the tracking number attached.  If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us for information.

  • Standard Shipping: This option is only offered to the 48 contiguous states via FEDEX® home delivery or the US Postal service®, depending upon the item. 

  • We will not ship to unconfirmed addresses! 

  • Our shipping charge includes shipping, handling, and insurance.

  • Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: There is an additional surcharge on all orders shipped to these locations, depending upon the size and weight of the item(s). In general it is more cost effective to use USPS® for these locations, we will do so whenever possible. If you are from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico contact us for shipping requirements!
