Typical Imperator or Thorens type mechanism in a chrome plated body.

Outside front and back are covered in Abalone mother of pearl that has a beautiful, tone changing, colored sheen.

Fine used condition. Has some chips and losses from shell.

Lighter works but needs flint and fluid.
