In my opinion size is L.

5 - very good condition, some small not visible defects

4 - good condition, small and medium defects possible like stains, pulls, bletched

3 - fair condition - some bigger defects possible

1 - bad condition - ....

There maybe some white stains on some of the photos because of the camera flash.
