The Mylar is 7.5 mil thick opaque in color and can be used over and over. Stencil clean up: Stencils can be wiped clean with a paper towel. If the paint has dried then clean with a dapened paper towel that has either citrus based cleaner, latex paint remover or mineral spirits.
