This is a decorative cutting board / paddle from the 1970s by Lorrie Designs.  It features a pair of cute cartoony owls, and measures 15 inches long to the end of the handle, 8 inches wide, and 1/2 inch thick.  As shown, it is in over all good condition with wear from age and normal handling.  See pictures for details.
