Brett Favre signed *no mailing label* Sports Illustrated. December 4, 2006 "Football America" issue.

This is the actual magazine (not just the cover), with a few advertisements and random pages torn out. The cover has some minor wear and tear, but I would consider it to be in good condition. 

Signed beautifully in silver and includes an authentication sticker and verifiable serial number from Radtke Sports, who has an exclusive autograph signing contract with Favre (radtkesports.com).
