Returns and Exchanges:
We gladly accept all returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition including the shoe/boot box. When trying shoes on, walk only on carpeted surfaces so as to not scuff the soles.
- We will issue a refund of the purchase price, not including any shipping service. Costs of returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Exchange shipping back to us will be paid by customer. We will pay for the shipping back to you.
