If your item is faulty and under warranty, please contact us, and we will send you a new one, provided that you return your item. In those instances, we provide payment for postage, please contact us with an email to receive the shipping label. When starting the returns process, please ensure that you can provide photographic or video materials so that we can pass this on to the manufacturers. If you do not provide any/sufficient evidence then we cannot guarantee that we can accept your warranty claim.
