1.First check to see if you have connected all the wires correctly.
2.Second this item need battery and charger.The battery customers need to use is two 12A lead-acid batteries in series.
3.Our items contain Brushed Motor and as shown in the listing do not contain 12A lead-acid batteries and charger so you could buy from other shops on eBay.
4.The cable of the key switch needs to be shorted.
5.Speed：20-30km/h.Fit a folding bike.
7.Engine 24V system requires battery pack. Because the engine driving existing chain.

Note:

 -In the first test of the motor, there was a little smoke and smell from the wear of the carbon brushless. The carbon brushless need to be replaced after they are worn out, usually once a year.

-This kit does not include battery and charger.Only the above package content.

-Light shooting and different displays may cause the color of the item in the picture a little different from the real thing. The measurement allowed error is +/- 1-3cm.
