An original brass cloisonné lapel pin from the Saint-Brieuc Commune in Brittany, France. The badge is 32mm in width, with a pin fastener on the back side and open catch. Based on the construction, I would estimate 1930s-1950s.

PLEASE NOTE: I will not accept or honour bids from anyone with entirely-negative feedback, or from any established bidders with an excessive amount of negative feedback. Failing to pay for any auction that you win from me will automatically put you on a list to block future bids on my auctions, which is permanent. You will also receive a non-payment strike from Ebay. Please honor your bids and pay for the auction, or do not bid. Likewise, anyone leaving negative or neutral feedback will be permanently banned from bidding in the future.

Please check out my other Ebay listings for more interesting, rare and unusual military insignia, berets, uniforms and field kit. I have been collecting international militaria for well over thirty years, focusing primarily on camouflage combat uniforms, elite unit berets, and special forces/airborne/elite unit insignia, so you can bid with confidence. As founder/director of the International Camouflage Uniform Society (ICUS), long-time member of Chute & Dagger (airborne/special forces insignia society), and creator of Camopedia.org, the international camouflage pattern database, I am always pleased to hear from other collectors with similar interests who wish to share information, help with identification, arrange trades, etc. All items in my auctions are described accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and are believed to be genuine unless specifically stated otherwise. All items are sold as is, and all sales are final. Contact me if you have further questions, but please be polite and articulate if you want an answer. Thanks for looking and best of luck!
