This is a microcomputer programming learning kit designed by Shibaura Institute of Technology in Japan.Utilizing PIC micro computer, PIC16F84A, learn to flick the LEDs in sequence.
Although the instruction manual is written in Japanese, basic theory is for the beginners and experienced programmers would be able to modify the codes.
This is already programmed for various sequences, so can be used as electrical home decoration.
