These stunning, round, Opal Soft Pink mosaic gems were manufactured in Mexico by Vacor for Mega Marbles and come packed in a 12 oz net bag.  Each circular gem  measures approximately 3/4 inches in diameter, but can vary in weight due to their thickness which ranges between 3/8th's and 1/2 inch.  Since they are packed by weight, the quantity of discs per bag depends on the size and weight of each gem, but normally runs between 83 to 85 pieces.  Made of high-quality silica glass in a lovely shade of light pink.  The beauty and elegant quality will enhance your home, office, or outdoor garden landscaping.  Ideal for home decor, weddings, parties, baby showers, and many craft projects, they are now retired and often sought after by collectors who appreciate their quality and beauty.

These unique glass gems have a smooth back and are very easy to work with making them perfect for art, crafts, sun catchers, stained glass projects, ornaments, mosaics, and jewelry such as necklaces, pendants, earrings, bracelets, or key rings.  Brighten your garden with beautiful mosaic pieces!  These glistening gems are ideal for adding color to your handmade mosaic step stones and uniquely designed yard accents.  Use them to make unique game pieces and be the talk of your friends!

One of the most popular ways to use these little beauties is as vase fillers.  They are reusable and a perfect fit for floral displays while holding stems in place.  Glass and light are the ultimate match when it comes to eye catching decor, and these gorgeous gems strongly enhance the beauty of any vase holding them when exposed to light.  Whether using them for everyday home decor or special occasions such as parties, they will greatly add to the elegance and ambiance of the theme.

In order to get an idea of how many of these gems you would need for a vase, add them to the fill line in a standard 8 ounce measuring cup.  Next count how many round discs are in the cup.  Using the same measuring cup, simply fill it with water, pour the water into your vase and see how many cups it takes to fill the vase to the level you would want the gems to fill.  Then multiply the amount of cups by the amount of discs and you will have your answer.

These gems can be difficult to photograph due to the sparkling glass.  Lighting such as flash photography can sometimes effect the look of them.  We do our absolute best to represent our cabochons accurately and true to color, but even the best photography will not display as 100% perfect.  Any white spots on these gems are light reflections, not damage or error spots.
