• This item(s) is sold as it is without warranty, exchanges, and returns/refunds unless due to misrepresentation of item(s) description on out part. • We take great care in packing buyer's orders for shipping. However, it is beyond our control once the packages are dispatched to the delivering freight (shipping) company for delivery to buyer. Liability for loss and damage to the package is passed to the buyer on the date the package is dispatched.
• We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect addresses provided by buyer or if authorized person to accept the package is unavailable at the shipment destination.
• If the package sent is returned to us due to delivery failure, we reserve the right to further invoice and collect payment to cover the cost of resending the package.
• Returned package that is uncollected for the next 30 days shall be disposed at our sole discretion with NO refunds or exchanges.

• Import Duties, Taxes and other charges that may be levied by the country of destination's authorities are NOT included in the Item(s) Price or Shipping Charges.
• These charges & other customs import requirements of the country in which the buyer receives the shipment are the buyer's responsibility to fulfil.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item(s) up - DO NOT confuse them with additional shipping charges.

• We always aim to deliver orders promptly. However, delays might be inevitable due to unforeseen factors (e.g., delivering freight (shipping) company's delay due to extreme weather, natural disasters, etc.), In which case buyer will be notified accordingly. We will not be liable if such delays were to occur.
• We are only able to ship item(s) purchased on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays except Malaysian public holidays).

Domestic Buyers (within Malaysia)
Item(s) will be shipped via PosLaju. Estimated delivery time normally within 1-3 working days, depending on location. Tracking number will be provided.

International Buyers
Buyers are required to CONFIRM the Postal Address in their PayPal account as by default we will send buyer's purchased item(s) to the address as stated on the PayPal receipt.
Please also provide us with your phone number for shipping purpose.

2 shipping methods with online tracking of your package are available for you to choose from:

• The lower priced option, Normal Air Parcel (Pos Malaysia). Estimated delivery time within 2-4 weeks, depending on location. If time is of the essence to you, please consider the following option.
• PosLaju (Malaysia Courier Company). Estimated delivery time within 4-7 days, depending on location.

International Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Time may vary significantly depending on the shipping method used & country of destination. Please message us your location & shipping method preference prior to purchasing to enable us to provide you with more accurate information.

Please complete payment within Three (3) days from purchase date. In the event buyer fails to fulfil this requirement, we reserve the right to cancel buyer's purchase, relist the item(s) and file for unpaid item case with eBay - NO EXCEPTIONS! - Please note that repeated unpaid item strikes on a buyer's account will result in limits or loss of buying privileges.
