These are brand new genuine original equipment connectors with seals
If you're having problems with these connectors leaking - it's sometimes just the seals that are shot

However,
if these connectors are mangled / have lost their oval shape or are
popping off the pump housing, that means the whole connector / union
needs replacing
Please
check the photo of the two connectors side by side - This shows a new
connector on the left and an old connector on the right, and in
particular the shape the outside connector ring should be
As
you can see, the new connector is OVAL and the old worn out connector
is ROUND, and is no longer able to safely and reliably lock onto the
tank union
These
connectors are situated in a very hostile environment and an extremely
dangerous place, just above the vertical cylinder and hot exhaust - They fail because of the heat and also by
ageing or fatigue
The plastic degrades and will not hold it's
original oval shape necessary to safely lock in position
If
they pop when riding - because of where are, they will likely spray fuel onto a hot exhaust, which isn't good in any way
We
have seen some people squeeze the union back to something more oval - It does not last any time at all, and leaks and / or pops again
because the plastic has degraded
We would recommend changing both connectors - as if one connector has failed, the other will likely be close behind
However - we do sell them individually, as perhaps one of yours has already recently been changed
