1.Expose 2mm of the pencil tip and draw along the lash line, then fill in any gaps.
2.After drawing the eye lines, wait 10~20 seconds to let the eyeliner
adhere completely for smudge-free application.
3.If the tip gets dull, sharpen it with the sharpener on the bottom of the container.
4.Replace cap after use.
