Refund policy

We try to avoid the need for refunds, but they do happen unfortunately, so we highly suggest you to play your part before purchase and Please read through this whole listing carefully, watch our recommended YouTube Fabric Video, and if you still have doubts about your fabric choice, let us know prior to purchase to eliminate any issues/questions you may have. 

If we make an error on our side with your order and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.  You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it.

Items sent back in a different condition than what was sent, altered in any way, missing parts, non functional, will automatically be rejected for a refund. 

and for all customer errors in purchase: (whether that be ordered incorrect colour or size), the refund will be carried out by a partial refund back to you, this will be in the way of no refund for postage/handling costs and charged a restock fee of 20% of purchase price which also helps recover some of the eBay/transaction fees encountered, and our time to service/process your purchase mistake.

Track your own order through eBay with the tracking number we attach to your sent item. However, Please be patient with Postage/freight times, most of these things are out of our control, and currently Australia Post states to expect delays.
