All logos are first digitised for machine embroidery. We can not directly feed your logo to embroidery machines. Digitising is done by professional digitisers who converts your logo to embroidery machine stitch format. Embroidery is a quality way of getting your garments personalised. It stays as long as garment id usable and never fades away after few washes

If you will not tell us about thread colours and font then its up to embroiderer to choose these for you. And we do not entertain any complaints regarding this afterwards.
