Shipping:

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days from receipt of

payment. For the UK customers, orders will be dispatched by the Royal mail or

by Courier for heavier or larger items. Orders should be delivered within 3 to

4 working days however we would kindly advise customers to allow up to 7 working days before

contacting us to allow for any unforeseen delays.

In line with the Royal mail delivery policies, we accept an order as

lost after 15 working days for deliveries to the UK addresses.

We work very closely with our courier service to ensure that your

packages arrive in the time frame specified, and we will provide you with

tracking details once your item has been shipped ( if it is shipped by a

courier)

We use the following couriers for our delivery services, DPD,

Hermes, Parcelforce & Yodel. We select the best courier option for the item

you have ordered, weight, dimension, delivery address.

Please note any carriage charges are for UK mainland only. Please check

if unsure before ordering.  

If you are in a remote location (postcodes beginning IM; HS & ZE)

please note for additional cost of 2 Pound. Please contact us on advance to

arrange the shipping for you.

 Returns:

We are happy to accept returns of the unwanted items within 14 days.

Please make sure that items are returned unused with all parts and packing

included. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under current customer

advice centre).Customers will be responsible for the return postage cost. If

the customer received faulty, damaged or wrong item(s), please contact us

within 4 days of receipt by email or through the ebay message centre and we

will advise further.

REFUNDS:

As soon as we receive your item(s) we will inspect them and issue a

refund accordingly (without our postage cost).

We aim to complete your refund within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

During busy periods it may take a bit longer to process your refund, however we

will always refund you within 6 working days of receiving the returned item (as

per eBay managed returns regulations).
