No using the bag for thirty days and then telling me you want your money back because the bag is no longer in good used condition. I am an honest business man. I expect honesty from my customers. Suppose. A person sends the bag back. Suppose further. The bag is damaged. In that event, I deduct for any damage, scratches, nicks, from any refund amount issued. Buyer pays return shipping.

By the way, this bag has never been rented out before. However, some people might like to buy things, use them a while, and return them. For that reason, I make it possible to rent. The small rental fee is added to the shipping. It's called a handling charge.
