You will see two photos used in our listing, the first is a copper kettle I purchased in a charity shop which has had the plating applied to a small area. The second is a photo from one of our customers, the plating solution has been applied to one half of their item.

The Silver Plating Solution allows you to replate worn silver, and to silver plate many different metals. 

This unique solution adds pure silver to your worn silverplate (and hard base metals such as brass, copper, nickel and bronze) by molecular plating. The result is permanent and will not chip, flake or peel. Your silver will also be cleaned and polished.

To transform your items follow these simple instructions

1) Shake the bottle thoroughly

2) Apply liberally with a clean cloth or soft sponge.

3) Rub firmly for 10-15 seconds.

4) Buff lightly with a soft cloth. A beautiful shine will appear and the silver plating process will be complete.

It is also very good for retaining the "antique" look of older silver plate - something which electroplating destroys.

The Silver Plating Solution is non toxic so is safe to use on cutlery, dishes and flatware.

Please note that you cannot plate stainless steel, aluminium, chrome, pewter or zinc, since you can't always tell if the alloy used in the base metal of your piece is compatible, or lacquered items
