This gorgeous handmade lace bridal bolero jacket is made of 100% cotton thread and it's not lined so that the little gaps show the delicate patterns. The cuffs and the waist are accented by beautiful scalloped lace edges and the collar has delicate handmade lace "picots"

Josephina Lace is a UK-based brand, but our lace & embroidery are handcrafted in Poção, Northeast of Brazil, by a group of women who have been making lace & embroidery for generations. Their exclusive, high-quality works are lovingly created within their family environment, so there isn't stress or forced labour involved in the creation of any of Josephina Lace's products! Their "master-pieces" are mostly created of 100% cotton, which in Brazil comes, mostly, from sustainable sources. Therefore, the items you get from Josephina Lace in the UK and Europe can be considered both as "fair trade" and family "heirlooms." Look after them with love and care and they will last for a long time, which is both good for you and the environment!
