DIY Kit Supplied

Each blank frame will be supplied with -
a round double-sided adhesive strip

to fix your photo to the frame,
and a clear adhesive resin dome cabochon sticker,

to fix over your photo.

(Instructions for fixing your photo are given below).

The length of each strand includes a 13mm lobster clasp

which your florist may or may not use.

Each frame order will include 30cm organza ribbon
which can be used to tie the charm(s) to your bouquet.

As we have no knowledge of your bouquet or buttonhole style we are unable to advise on fixing techniques, this is best discussed with your florist.

A 50mm safety/kilt pin (photo 10) is available as an optional extra

but we advise you to discuss fixing the frame to the bouquet with your florist.

Instructions for fitting your photo yourself using the kit supplied.
To apply your photo: read fully and lay everything out in the order needed before you start.
1) Your photo needs to measure - 25mm high x 18mm wide.
We suggest that you use the resin dome as a guide (do not remove the square backing yet), adjust the size of the photo, reprinting it until the subject fits.
For best results use glossy photo paper. Check that you have 2mm clear around the subject.

2) When you are happy with the fit, remove the square backing from the dome and stick the resin dome firmly onto the FRONT of the photo, pressing to remove any air bubbles.
3) Leave to set for 2 hours. If necessary, trim carefully around the dome.

4) Take the double-sided adhesive tape and remove the RED paper backing and stick the double-sided adhesive tape to the REAR of the photo. Press firmly to remove any air bubbles.

5) Remove the WHITE backing and stick the photo to the metal frame bezel. Press firmly to remove any air bubbles. Leave it flat to set for 2 hours.

We are open 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30am to 3pm on Fridays. The office and workshop are closed at weekends and on public holidays.
To take advantage of any quantity or postal discount orders must be made in the same transaction.
If you need more that the quantity shown please message before placing your order.
Add to basket and pay in one transaction. Give any information requested in PayPal notes.
Be aware that not all items may be suitable, for young children, keepsakes are not toys you should be aware of choking hazards and sharp edges.

Selecting postage
We offer combined postage wherever postage is shown.
You can check the Postage and Payments section to view any additional charge for each additional item.
Penrux offers second class standard (RM48) or first class tracked and signed (RM24) postal rates but we will meet your requirements where possible. As it is not possible to amend an order once completed you should discuss before completing the order.
Select the postal rate from the drop-down menu at checkout.
We do not make a profit from postage.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch within five days.

The default service is second-class standard (RM48), we offer first-class tracked and DPD courier as optional extras.

Royal Mail is contracted to collect from our premises twice per week.
The extra charge for first-class post applies to the postage only and does not alter the dispatch schedule.

Delivery
DPD collect weekdays on request.
The cut off time for next day delivery is 2.30 pm is all services.
All timescales refer to working days.
All parcels are dispatched with Delivery confirmation tracking.
Make sure that you are happy with the estimated date of delivery before placing your order.
Royal Mail aim to deliver First class (RM24) 1-2 working days from dispatch and Second class (RM48) 3-5 working days from dispatch.
An estimated delivery date is provided by eBay.
