Restore lightly scratched. This product can be used to remove buffs and light scratches from glass, laminated glass, double glaze units

Simple and practical. If you can feel the scratch with your nail, this polishing kit will not take the scratch out.

For best results use with felt polishing pad and electric rotary device at about 1500rpm)

 

NOTE: This product alone is not suitable for scratches deeper than 50 microns/0.002 of an inch in depth (scratches that you cannot feel or catch with your fingernail). If scratches are deep enough to catch with your fingernail please use our GP-PRO sanding discs first

 

Not Suitable to use on mobile phones, tables, LCD's screens.

Can be used on any type of glass including automotive glass, toughened glass.

Polish away, surface marks, water damage, stain and limescale, removes hairline scratches

Ideal for use with power hand device for light scratch and surface repair, or as the final polishing step in multi-stage glass scratch repair process, can also be used with hand pad for general surface clean-up.

 

Instructions of use:

1. Clean the glass thoroughly. Mix some water with some of Cerium Oxide Powder(Not include) in a tub. The ratio is 1: 1 (water: powder) in weight. e.g. 100 ml water add 100 grams powder. Use a stick to blend them thoroughly mixed to wet paste.

2. Attach the hook and loop backing pad to a electric drill. Attach the wool polishing pad to backing pad. Apply a small amount of the wet paste to the glass and wool pad.

3. Work the polishing pad over the scratch.

4. Applying more wet paste to continue polishing. Add a little water if too dry or overheat.

5. Repeat until the light scratch is no longer visible.

Although full instructions are included with this kit, if this is the first time that you will have used Cerium Oxide, then we strongly recommend that you look on youtube for instructional videos.  

 

This is a relatively easy material to work with, but overheating of the glass during the polishing process can easily lead to cracking - please ensure that you are familiar with the process before starting work.

Please allow 1-5mm errors due to manual measurement.
