This is a laminated card. The card has been trimmed on the edges.

Irregular lamination edges and surface. 

Some scuffs and scratches and stains on the card.

Normal wear due to aging. Yellow tone on the back. Shows wear on the corners. There may have wear in the corners or on the edges, or bends or creases.
