Vintage Set of 8 Porcelain Avon Fashion Thimbles

Like new set of thimbles.  Have been in a covered case since the 1980's, not exposed to sunshine so colors are very good.

Each lady represents a different time in American women's fashion.

All are in excellent condition, no chips cracks or other flaws.  

Does not come with a rack as they were in a rack with a clear glass front to keep them in good condition.

Purchased over a span of 3 years, each thimble has a date inside for the year it was introduced.

I have a large thimble collection and am starting to set off the sets.  

They are stunning, each in their own way.  

Great gift for the thimble collector in your life or for someone with limited space but still likes a few decorations.
