I take very good care of the collectibles that I come into contact with. Pops,Dorbz, Rock Candy, etc. are all treated with the same amount of care. I NEVER open the box or take the Pop out of the box. I do not touch the viewing window with my fingers. I wear plastic gloves when moving the object for taking photos. The collectible is safely wrapped in a plastic bag and placed in a storage. Every Pop I have is in a plastic Pop Protector.  I am a fellow collector so I take this matter very seriously. I want you, the buyer, to smile when you open the package. Not sigh in disappointment. Nobody likes receiving a damaged collectible! 

I take the same amount of care in the packaging of the collectible. I use as much bubble wrap as needed(most of the time I use 2 feet). I never just throw the collectible in a box. I usually tend to make sure that if you shake the box, the collectible does not move. That helps in the case the box gets dropped or thrown by postal employees. I ship in an appropriate sized box marked "FRAGILE" on two sides of the box. 

I ship the very next business day (Mon-Fri) after payment has been made with Pay Pal. Shipping will be USPS First Class Package with a delivery time of 2-3 business days in the US. Pay Pal and eBay provide the buyer tracking information ASAP after item has been shipped. I will also provide an invoice if requested.

    								We here at Drew Who's POP! Shop buy, trade and sell Funko Pop! Vinyl figures and other Funko products such as Dorbz, Mystery Minis and Pint Sized Heroes. I will be branching out into other figures soon.  

    Excellent packaging is our number one goal. No one wants to receive damaged Pops! We want to make sure you receive your product the same way that we sent it. There is an old adage that says, "You get what you pay for". Well with us, you get what you pay for and more. When you open that package, you will be all smiles. 

    We strive to make price and service top notch as well. All emails are replied to within 24 hours.

										We only accept payment through Pay Pal for now. New payment methods will be made available soon. 

    If I've accepted a Best Offer from a the customer, please make payment within 24 hours.

								Shipping for single Pops, Dorbz, Mystery Minis and other smaller objects will be shipped with USPS First Class Mail with expected delivery within 2-3 business days in the US. 

    Multiple Pops and larger items will be shipped Priority Mail with an expected delivery within 1-3 business days in the US. 

    Shipping to all US addresses is free. International shipping prices will vary depending on the item for sale and the country. Please see individual listings for details. 

    All items purchased from me will be packaged with great care. I've never had a complaint with my packaging and don't intend to have any in the future. Shop with confidence that the item you buy will arrive to you in the same condition it left me.

    								We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

    Returns

    								Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

    However, I'm positive this will not be the case. We have not had a return and hope to never have a return in the future. 

    I accept returns from the US and internationally. The buyer is expected to pay for return postage.
