The easy-to-fold electric wheelchair MobilityPlus + Featherlite is the lightest electric wheelchair in the world for everyday use, weighing just 18.7 kg and a connected battery.

The Featherlite power wheelchair folds into a compact package in seconds and, thanks to its super light weight, can be lifted into any car - and you don't have to remove the battery before folding it. Our Featherlite model is also ideal for trains, coaches and planes.

The chair is controlled with a user-friendly joystick that can be placed either on the left or right side depending on the user's preference. We have also added powerful brushless motors that are great for going uphill, reducing noise and making the wheelchair freewheel smoother.

The Featherlite power wheelchair can reach a top speed of 6 km/h with a fully charged battery and travel up to 18 km. It takes up to 6 hours to fully charge. The wheelchair is perfect for indoor and outdoor use such as supermarkets, retail parks and airports. An additional battery can be supplied for £90.

Both armrests are raised vertically, making it easy to sit under dining tables, and getting in and out of the wheelchair from the side is much easier if necessary.

Built-in handles are sewn into the seat that are available when the chair has been folded. These will help carry the chair when it is folded or lifted into the trunk of a car. Another unique feature of this model is an LED flashlight that sits under the controls and illuminates the path in front of you. This can be turned on and off by a button on the control panel.

For additional user safety, we have installed electromagnetic brakes and an adjustable seat belt. The chair has an integrated suspension as well as padded seat and back cushions for greater user comfort. There are solid puncture-proof tires available so you can be sure to avoid punctures on the go.
