I am 95% they are new looks like they took the power supply out. I have one that was complete and used that power supply to power on and It wonted me to set up so I just snapped a picture. I went to the dell website and you can put the tag number in. NO POWER SUPPLY JUST THE UNIT, NO BOX, Thanks for looking and I do my best to ship out within 24 hours
