PLEASE CHECK COMPATIBILITY --- PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROCESSOR IS ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH FEW MOTHERBOARDS, MOST BOARDS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS. Having a board with a 5Th Gen Processor type Intel Socket does NOT mean that this will work with your board, so please check the Intel website before making the purchase.

These were EXCESS NEW Processors that were to be used to build CUSTOM units but were never used; they come in BULK trays

SHIPPING

 

We process and ship orders Monday – Friday, except for holidays.

HAWAII, Puerto Rico & ALASKA will cost extra. Please contact us for additional information.

Item will ship via UPS or USPS.  Other shipping carriers will be determined upon request.

We do ship to PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses, but there will be an extra fee in most cases.

If needed we will ship the item in a double box for extra protection. 

Shipping fee includes handling & packing materials.

Local pickups are welcome

Insurance is included in the cost of shipping.

Most purchases will ship out within 24 Business hours, but in some cases, some items might take up to 2 business days.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

   We guarantee the item you purchase is the item we describe. In the event of refund due to sellers fault (if we ship a wrong item), full purchase price will be refunded with the shipping cost. For all other returns can only ask for an exchange, no money back.



You have 3 days from the receipt of your purchase to report any discrepancies.

All returns must be authorized and an RMA has to be issued.

Please check the compatibility of the item you are buying. It is the buyer responsibility to check the compatibility before payment. If you are not sure please contact us. For computer memory please consider the types like ECC, REG, UNBUFFERED, SERVER OR WORKSTATION MEMORY. Items returned for incompatibility will be subject to return with shipping at buyer's expense and a 15% restocking fee.

 For a non-working item, buyers can only ask for an exchange. Items must be returned in original packaging or similar packing.

If you receive any item damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. Original packaging must be intact.
