There are 2 cases specific Returns:

 

1. RETURN WITH REPLACEMENT: If you have received a product that you want to exchange for another item, you must send it back to us and, once it has returned, we will exchange it and you can choose another one in our shop. Any difference in price (lesser or greater) of the product chosen as a replacement will be reimbursed by one of the parties.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: If you want to withdraw from the purchase within the indicated terms, you can send the goods back to us for a refund. If the label is not automatically generated, it means that this service is not available for your account; in this case you simply have to send the goods back to us.

It is possible to commission us both optical works with eye prescriptionHigh-tech Blue-Control treatment purely aesthetic on lenses (like specific colors or combinations of colors, particular shades and gradients, etc.). Obviously if you have a reference model, you can easily attach the photo to us and we can replicate it without problems!

 

For those interested in receiving a quote, just send us an email indicating the type of lens (and its technical characteristics) you need, and which of our glasses or frames you want to mount them on. For prescription lenses it is also essential to attach the ophthalmologist's prescription showing your diopter and ocular parameters.

- There are various TYPES OF TREATMENTS possible - both on prescription and sun lenses - and they can also be combined with each other. Here are some examples:

• Diopter of the lens
• Anti-Scratch and Anti-Reflection Treatment
• Polarized lens
• Shades and gradients of various types with percentage of your choice (and the possibility of mixing 2 colours).
• Mirrored with color of your choice (availability in all colours, and the possibility of mixing 2 colours).
• High-tech Blue-Control treatment, which allows you to shield your eye from the blue light of electronic devices (computers, televisions, tablets, etc.).

 

- It is logically possible to apply the desired treatments on the Total Range of Existing Lenses: SINGLE FOCAL, BIFOCAL, PHOTOCHROMIC AND PROGRESSIVE.

- As well as you can choose, according to your needs, the refractive index (i.e. the thickness of the lens), which ranges from 1.5 to 1.74. The higher the index, the thinner the lens. The index 1.5 is the standard one and is included in the treatment you need. While the other indices (1.56 – 1.61 – 1.67 – 1.74) have a progressively higher list price.
