I run a small business that consists of myself and one employee. I buy & sell items every day and do my best to represent each item as accurately as possible, including noting if it has been tested and to what extent. Sometimes I cannot find accurate and detailed information on all items. If you have information on an item, feel free to let me know so that I can add it to the description!

I work very hard to ensure all my customers are 100% satisfied. Any seller can get a positive feedback on a simple transaction, but I pride myself on getting positive feedback on the listings that don't always go smoothly. You can be assured that with over 20 years trading experience on eBay, I can and will do everything in my power to make your experience on par with the best that eBay offers. Shipping

Buyer is responsible for all shipping unless otherwise noted. I do offer free shipping from time-to-time and it will be clearly noted in the auction description and is solely inclusive of the continental (lower 48) United States. International shipping is offered through the eBay Global Shipping Program only. Simply enter your zip code in the box under the Shipping and Payments tab on the listing to get an estimate for international shipping.

Items are typically packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of payment unless otherwise noted in the Shipping and Payments section. Larger items do take longer handling times (including any items requiring freight shipping). If you have a special request in regard to packaging or shipping an item, please contact me prior to auction end. Special shipping requests made after a listing has ended will not be guaranteed. If the item is valued over $500, it will always require a signature for delivery.

I recycle packing materials whenever possible, including boxes (so long as they maintain their structural integrity). This allows me to keep my overall costs down, which in turn allows me to offer lower prices to my customers. This is also environmentally responsible and friendly!

Payment and Refunds/Returns

Payments are only accepted directly through eBay. Completion of payment is expected within 72 hours and non-paying bidder/buyer cases are opened after 4 days without payment. Returns are accepted within 14 days of shipment. Please contact me before sending an item back for return shipping information, returns received without prior contact will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are given on original purchase price; original shipping is not included in refund. *Returns are not accepted on swimwear missing the hygiene pads or on ANY intimates*
