Guarantee:
I test all gold and platinum items regardless of stamps or hallmarks. I
use a combination of acid, electronic, specific gravity, and xrf
testing. All precious metal items are guaranteed to be the purity
stated or your money back!
Feedback:
I leave feedback once feedback is left for me. If you are a reseller
or do not want feedback left for some reason, simply do not leave me
feedback.
Prices:
I try to price my items fairly but my buy-it-now prices are firm.
Please do not send me low-ball offers. I occasionally have no-reserve
auctions
starting at $1.
Condition
of items: My items are pre-owned - not new. Please use the pictures
to determine any item's condition as I do not list every scratch or tiny
defect that would be normal for pre-worn jewelry. Assume that my items
are in used condition. If there is a major defect that would make a
piece unwearable or undesirable which does not show up in the pictures
(such as a loose rattling stone) then I will list it. Otherwise it is
your responsibility to determine the items condition based on the
pictures and ask any questions about it's condition prior to bidding.
No claims of an item being "not as described" unless it's condition is
significantly different than what is shown in the pictures, or it's
weight or precious metal content is not what was listed. I am not a
stone expert and only what is specifically stated in the auction about a
stone is guaranteed. I do not know the history of the items I sell:
rings may have been resized, chains may have been repaired, etc.
Packaging
and shipping: I usually do not have original boxes, packaging,
receipts, or documentation. I do have bubble wrap and my objective when
packaging is to have the item arrive safely at your house. I try to
ship within one postal business day of the time you place your order.
If I can't for some reason, I will message you and if you request to
cancel the sale I will do so no problem.
Photos:
Pictures of jewelry are highly magnified to show detail. Please use
gram weights and any additional given measurements to determine size.
Most pictures are taken with a flash to help show detail. Although I do
not alter any of my pictures, the color of some stones may look
different under flash photography. I
do not guarantee that the color of any stones will be exactly the same
under your lighting as it is in my pictures. Please look at all
pictures (I try to take at least 1 or 2 without a flash) and request any
extra needed prior to purchasing.
Descriptions:
Ring and chain widths that are given in mm are guaranteed to be within
one whole mm of the measurement given and no closer than that. Chain
lengths given in inches are guaranteed to be within 1/2 inch of the
measurement given and no closer than that. Ring sizes are guaranteed to
be within 1/2 finger size of the size given and no closer than that.
Special requests and questions: Please pay and communicate with me only through the eBay system. Any
questions or requests regarding shipping or items for sale should be
made prior to, not after purchasing. If you ask a question about an
item and then purchase it without waiting for the answer I will assume
you decided the question was not important.
Blocked
list: I dislike blocking buyers from doing business with me but will
do so in the following situations: 1.)The buyer opens a "not as
described" return for an unreasonable or dishonest reason. 2.)The buyer
does not respect my right to set my own prices and/or decides to
"educate" me on what my items are worth. 3.)The buyer repeatedly sends
me lowball offers. 4.)The buyer is rude. I try to be courteous to all my
customers and expect the same in return. I share my blocked list with other jewelry sellers on eBay. If you are
on my blocked list despite having never contacted or done business with
me before it is probably because you were blocked by one of these other
sellers. I'm sorry but in this case I can not remove you as this
defeats the whole purpose of sharing lists.
