Ducks Unlimited Ice Bucket Wine.   This was likely bought in the 2000-2005 time frame and probably bought at a Ducks Unlimited event in Kent County Delaware.  

The item is approximately 8 inches in diameter and 8 inches tall to the bucket lip.   It is approximately 9 inches tall to the top of ball on lid and 13 inches to top of handle if straight up.

It is unused, which is why the original handle wrap is on it, but it does have some surface flaws or scuffs notably on the back of ducks neck ( see pictures).  The top has a squishy feel to it.
