GERMAN BEER STEIN 

This is a nice old pottery stein from Germany.

It has an embossed design of a young couple with roses in the design. The German words translate to say 

"Good Beer & Young Maid Make Me Happy Every Time"

The colors are a brown with a deep green background.

The pottery is a cream color.

The stein has a hinged pewter lid with a thumb rest.
