What is cactus silk? 

Cactus silk is a fabric created from a Saharan agave cactus. The artisans harvest the thorny leaves, hammer them and then soak them to release the fibers.  After that, they spun the fibers by hand using a traditional process to eventually make cactus silk. Which is then combined with camel wool and hand woven on a loom to create this stunning Moroccan style. 

  

NOTE :  Because all pillow covers are handmade item any minor imperfection is part of the process and the beauty of the style and that is what makes it more elegant, also size may differ.
