Payment, Shipping & Returns Policies

Payments

The Seller accepts the following types of payments: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover (via eBay Payments), and PayPal Payments (PayPal, PayPal Credit, PayPal Credit Card, PayPal ACH).

Payment in full is expected from the Purchaser within 3 days of the closing of the auction, Buy It Now items require immediate payment. To buy multiple items, please add the items to your cart rather than clicking on Buy It Now.

Purchaser(s) whose Auction and Buy It Now items are not paid for within 3 days of purchasing or auction closing will be reported to eBay as Non-Paying.

Shipping

The Seller generally ships items within 1 business day of cleared payment, however please allow up to 3 business days AFTER payment has cleared for items to ship. If the Purchaser pays via ACH service through PayPal, the items WILL NOT ship until such time as the payment has cleared the Purchasers banking institution and been made available to the Seller. The Seller generally ships U.S. Postal Service Mail w/Insurance and Tracking, however large items may be shipped via UPS or FedEx Insured Services with Tracking. The Seller has no control over shipping delays - if your package takes longer to arrive than the estimated delivery date, that is the shipping providers fault, not the Sellers! Because of eBays policies holding sellers responsible for the shipping provider actually delivering your package and not damaging it, the Seller only offers insured shipping services - sorry - no uninsured services will be provided effective June 2020. See the Returns Policy below for information regarding returns for shipping damage.

The Seller only ships to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to FP, APO or PO Boxes. Tracking numbers will be provided in eBay when the Purchaser's items ship.

All standard 4" Funko Pop's are shipped double boxed for maximum protection - your Pop will be placed in a cardboard snug box, also called a sorter box, and then wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in the shipping box. All other Funko Pop items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy box to prevent damage, unless a sorter/snug box for that size is available, in which case it will also be double boxed. All comic books are shipped in flat mailers with sturdy cardboard protectors. Orders of multiple comic books (4 or more) will be shipped in comic book adjustable size mailers. Orders of less than four comic books are shipped in flat envelopes with thick cardboard protectors to prevent bending/folding and damage during transit. All other collectible items and toys will be packaged securely and wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage in transit. Clothing items are shipped in clothing polybag mailers.

Returns

The Purchaser must contact the Seller if they have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting a refund or return! The Purchaser must contact the Seller in the event an item has been damaged during shipping so that the Seller can initiate an insurance claim on the item.

The Seller will ONLY provide refunds and returns for items which are defective based on factory defect or damaged during shipping. The Seller will ONLY accept returns if the Seller ships the incorrect item to the Purchaser, in which case the Seller will re-ship the correct item or provide a refund, at the Sellers discretion. The Seller WILL NOT honor any refund or return request without photographic proof of defect, shipping damage, or that the incorrect item was shipped. The Seller WILL NOT honor any refund or return request based on Buyer's Remorse - ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

In the event a factory defective item is received by the Purchaser and a return request has been approved, the Purchaser must include in the return package the following items:
-The original packing slip
-The original product packaging
-The return authorization received from the Seller via eBay or PayPal

Refunds for authorized returns WILL ONLY be provided once the returned item is received by the Seller. As part of the return process, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, or if evidence of intentional damage by the Purchaser is discovered, a 25% restocking and penalty fee will be deducted from the refund in addition to all shipping fees paid by the Seller for the return of the item. In the event of intentional damage by the Purchaser for the purpose of defrauding the Seller, the Seller reserves the right to pursue civil and/or criminal legal action against the Purchaser under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Replacement items may be issued in lieu of a refund for items which are currently in stock.
