Gitzo GH2780QR Centre Ball Head QD Series 2

The GH-generation Gitzo Centre Ball Heads are designed for an excellent connection to your tripod. It is a balanced product which meets all requirements. The head remains extremely stable and moves smoothly, even under maximum load. Some of the key features are: minimum resistance, light weight and a low center of gravity. All of this together with a compact design, which is completely ergonomic and safe by the double locks (SADL) and a high-precision leveling system.

Shipping

Orders received before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day.

Standard UK shipping is free.

Orders under £20 are sent by Royal Mail 48, Royal Mail's estimate for this delivery service is 2-4 business days

Other orders under £300 are sent by Royal Mail 24 Signed For. Most items are delivered the next working day, but Royal Mail's estimate for this delivery service is 1-3 business days.

Please bear in mind that Royal Mail will not classify a parcel as lost until 10 working days from shipping.

Orders over £300 will either be sent via Royal Mail or DPD, both should arrive next working day.

Due to postal restrictions we must ship batteries via a courier and this will require someone present at the delivery address.

We also offer next working day delivery, please check the postage options at checkout.

For international shipments we use eBay's Global Shipping Programme, this simplifies shipping, duties, and taxes at checkout, if this is available to your location it will display all prices on the listing.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please open an eBay return request and it will be dealt with promptly.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item, then returned within 14 days.

Items that are returned to us in perfect condition will receive a full refund.

Any non-faulty item that is returned either in used/marked condition or missing accessories will incur a deduction from the refund to reflect the loss of value, in line with eBay's guidelines.

We are unable to accept returns of consumables that have been opened, this includes batteries, memory cards, paper, and film.
