Instructions for use:

  1. Shake can vigorously for 5-10 seconds
     
  2. Spray on a light coat of FW1 cleaning wax on a small section of about 2'x2'. For those tight fit, difficult to reach spots, spray directly onto a terry cloth and then apply.
     
  3. Using a terry cloth gently rub FW1 Wash and Wax cleaning wax in a circular motion. Remember that unless you are removing serious marks, no vigorous rubbing is needed.
     
  4. Allow 10-20 sec to dry to a haze.
     
  5. Using a micro fiber cloth, lightly polish or buff for that award winning, showroom shine. Once again, don't tire yourself. No excessive force or exertion required!

Before you unwrap your parts double check your fitment and once unwrapped, look the item over before trying to install it. We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and know that all parts are fully warranted by the manufacturer.

Damages & Warranties

Damaged Shipments: Do not accept delivery from the carrier if the box has been damaged. If you can snap a picture of the damage and notify us ASAP we can replace the order right away. If you find shipping damage while opening your package be sure to keep all packing material and the shipping box so we can open a claim for you. Notify us right away so we start the process.

Missing Items or Wrong Item Received: Keep the box, packing material, all shipped parts and contact us right away.

Warranties: All products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects. Increasingly, many of our manufacturers handle claims directly to speed up the process of exchange or sending replacement parts. We’re happy to step in and get the ball rolling. Electronic parts must go back to the manufacturer for bench testing. Because issues are often solved over the phone with tech support, call the manufacturer first and be sure to get the name of whoever you speak with if you need to contact us.

Resolution Process: Business hours (8:00-5:00 pm EST) will get the resolution process going right away. After hours please email us so we know first thing in the morning there is a problem and we will contact you promptly.
