"Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer" (The one with The Island of Misfit Toys).  

Santa figure is approximately 5" Tall (top of head, not including hat) and 3" Wide.  Elephant figure is approximately 2" tall and 1.5" wide. Hard to find.  Originally sold in 2001.  Appears to be a plastic PVC.  See photos.
