To install 

1. Fork removal is required, 
2. You will need to remove the current top bearing race this is the inner ring that the current bearing sits on
3. The new bearing race will need to be pushed into the fork step until fully inserted.
4. There may be a certain amount of fettling required as the bearing may be obstructed by the
    the steering lock, you may need to grind a little off the side of the lock to allow the headset to seat correctly.
    this does not effect the usage of the steering lock
5. Grease bearing and the place on grease cover, use your existing spacer and top nut.
6. Tighten to specifications and replace forks

Once you have replaced the forks make sure you line up headset correctly and test.

The idea behind this product is to lighten the steering making it more responsive and avoid any juddering to the steering under braking.

Items have been machined from mild steel with a hardened bearing race and produced by a UK scooterist only using UK suppliers, to ensure you have a quality product.

We advise that when pressing in the bearing race the correct tools are used.

These items are being supplied to many of the top Lambretta dealers.

Should you have any issue we have a returns service, although this is the 1st time we have sold these items on Ebay we have sold plenty outside of Ebay, however with the current issues, we have resulted to selling on Ebay, which to be fair is not what we would choose to do normally.
