This listing is for two OO scale Great Western Railway (GWR) coaches.

These are metal bodies, roof, ends, floor. They could have been made in Britain by a company such as Exley, Leeds Model Company, Mills Bros, etc., but I cannot tell and I am not saying that they are any one of these products. What they are, are two very nicely made GWR coaches from somewhere in the 1930 - 1950 timeframe.

I have recently been advised that the battery boxes on the coaches and the body screws look like the coaches could have been made by Hamblings, a London model shop back in that timeframe.

They have buffers and wheels all present but they do not have any couplings. These would have to be added if you wanted to run them in a train. As they are, they make an excellent display item.

One end of the Brake coach could be improved by re-soldering to the side of the coach as can be seen in one of the pictures. The paintwork on the roof of the suburban coach has been scuffed at one end as per the picture.

These coaches are quite rare these days and my price on this listing was firm. However, given the added information I have now changed the price to $60

I now normally take US bound packages to the courier drop location on Tuesdays and Thursdays only as this is 12 miles from my location (24 miles round trip). However, the packages are in the hands of USPS the next day and will ship first class with tracking and insurance. Small items to the United States may get shipped Tracked Packet thru Canada Post if I've just missed a courier trip.

I use Ebay Managed Payments for payment, which provides multiple options and payment should be made within three days of auction end or Buy it Now.

I do ship to some countries outside North America such as Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe but please be aware that these shipments can take several weeks to arrive. All my international shipments include tracking but sometimes the tracking is not very informative until the package is in the destination country and out for delivery!
