For the shipping of smaller items, we use Australia Post. For the shipping of larger items, APD is our main choice of freight. We endeavour to ship most items within 24 hours, however sometimes larger items such as engines and transmissions may still be in the vehicles and will need to be removed. In these cases we endeavour to ship within 48 hours. For freight and postage quotes, please contact us with your suburb and postcode so as we can provide you with the most accurate quote. In the unfortunate event of lost or damaged items, Australia Post claims now need to be initiated by the shipping recipient, however claims when freight is through APD can be initiated by us.

Please contact AllMake Auto Wreckers in the event of any problems with purchases. Warranty and guarantees on all parts including engines, gearboxes, and differentials are null and void if the assembly has been dismantled in any way. Warranty on all parts is only valid while the part is in the condition it was sold in. 

Warranty on all parts is cancelled if the parts are not fitted by a licenced repairer or mechanic. If gears in gearboxes or differentials are damaged, they are not covered under warranty. Should a part by incorrectly fitted, not properly maintained, used in a way other than their original use, or modified in any way, the warranty is cancelled.

AllMake Auto Wreckers are not responsible for any additional costs involved in parts replacement including labour, towing, income loss, or any consequential costs or damages.

Period of warranty begins at time of purchase.

Due to age and storage, second hand panels may have minor dents, scratches, paint fade,signs of age, etc and are purchased as second hand parts in second hand condition. If condition is of concern, please contact us for a current photo and condition report.

Before any part installation by a relevantly qualified and experienced mechanic or repairer takes place...

• Ensure that the radiator, hoses, caps, thermostat and overall cooling system is in good condition

• Ensure that the correct oils and lubricants are used and replaced and are at appropriate levels

• Ensure that all filters have been replaced

• Ensure that the timing belt has been checked and if needed replaced. Timing belt failure and any associated damages are not covered under warranty by AllMake Auto Wreckers

• Check and replace any needed oil seals as leaking seals are not covered under warranty by AllMake Auto Wreckers

• In the case of diesel engines, any damage caused as a result of failure to service injectors and injector pump is not covered under warranty by AllMake Auto Wreckers

• Warranty from AllMake Auto Wreckers is void should an after market ECU be used

• If water pumps are worn or corroded and not replaced, AllMake Auto Wreckers warranty is void.

• Engines are sold as bare long and the conditions of warranty only cover the engine in that state. Any accessories left on engines are not covered under warranty by AllMake Auto Wreckers unless specifically discussed with and purchased through AllMake Auto Wreckers.

  If a part is to be returned, it must be in the same condition as it was sold in. The responsibility is on the customer to ensure they purchase the parts that are of the correct make, model, and body type for the car they are purchasing for. If a part is to be returned to us, the return postage costs are to be covered by the purchaser prior to the part being returned, including for any parts relating to warranty claims. In the event of an item being returned for store credit, a 20% handling and restocking fee will be charged. Refunds will not be given in the event of changes of mind or the wrong parts being purchased. Specially procured parts or cut body sections are not eligible for credit returns.

   

  No warranty claims or returns will be accepted without proof of purchase in the form of this receipt/tax invoice or the official receipt number.

   

  Warranty terms are not transferrable.

   

  AllMake Auto Wreckers will not be held responsible in the case of any implied or verbal representations.

   

  The limit of liability will not extend beyond the original item price and does not include postage costs.
