*Take a look at the plug, there is a new style harness that has a different plug and you would need an adapter to use this style on the new version. Part # 16160372.

This has the correct plugs on it - no adapters. Plugs right in and replaces the factory 16160600 control. This is a much better design than the factory. Best of all, it has the soft stop built in.
