While truly new figures might have issues, this is offered unopened because that is by far my preferred way to buy collectibles due to numerous problems with many sellers inaccurate or careless descriptions of opened items that were supposedly "unused, displayed, inspected, new" and so on.
Just one example of many, I bought an opened Mando which originally came with protective plastic that the seller did not bother to put back on or even include, so the paint rubbed off onto the packaging. Beware.

Factory sealed in the Hot Toys brown box, unopened. The HT brown box will be in another box when shipped to hopefully protect it. Sadly, mint packaging cannot be guaranteed legitimately by anyone due to the random care by shipping companies.
Keep in mind that I end up with less than 87% of the price. Then shipping takes another chunk of that. Ebay may offer good buyer discounts though.
